Self-Catering Basis: Meals are not included in the standard stay, but breakfast can be pre-ordered for an extra cost (subject to availability in the Dining Room—please check with Debbie the day before).

Accreditation: Swallow Barn is quality-inspected exclusively by the AA (no longer participating in the Visit England inspection program).

Full Accessibility: The entire ground floor is fully step-free and accessible.

Accessible Kitchen: Features dual-height worktops with a height-adjustable sink, plus a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and washer/dryer.

Ground Floor Suite: Twin bedroom with a large roll-in en-suite wet room, twin washbasins at different heights, and a WC. Free static or mobile shower seating available upon request.

Dining Area: Seats 6 with a wheel-under accessible dining table.

Sitting Room: Seats 6 comfortably, including a raised armchair for easier standing access. Features an Inglenook fireplace with a log burner (first basket of logs included, additional baskets £10 each).

Absolutely a wonderful and peaceful place to stay, wonderful choice of breakfasts, Debs and her family and parents could not do enough for us, their information pack was spot on with everything you needed to know, will certainly vist again.
Excellent cake and coffee, as it was Easter, the crème egg bombs were amazing, we were trying to deconstruct the recipe! Lovely baking. Very friendly attentive and accommodating, will go back next time to sample lunch (also looked appetising !)
