Our Riverside rooms are the perfect blend of comfort and style, designed with your needs in mind. We have put years of experience into creating each room with unique touches that will make you feel right at home. Whether you’re traveling with your family or you need wheelchair accessibility, our rooms are adaptable to your needs. They’re spacious and bright, and have a welcoming ambiance that will appeal to everyone. And don’t worry about arriving late at night – you’ll have your own private entrance and won’t disturb other guests. The rooms are conveniently located side by side, making them ideal for group or large family gatherings.

We have two pet-friendly Triple Riverside Rooms, specifically Room 6 and Room 7. Please note that pets are not allowed to stay in other rooms, and you must pre-book your dog before your arrival. We only accept direct bookings and do not permit bookings through third-party providers. We allow one dog per room. In case you book your dog in the wrong room, your pet won’t be allowed to stay. Please note that we charge £10 per stay per dog, and we do not accept dogs under 12 months old. We prioritize the comfort of our guests, so we do not allow dogs that bark excessively. Your dog must be updated with their vaccinations and flea/worm treatments.
When you arrive, please keep your dog on a leash while you’re bringing your luggage to your room, as there may be other guests or tea room customers with their dogs. We have a young cat who is afraid of dogs and a Flemish Giant bunny who may be in her run in the garden. If your dog has issues with these animals, please do not bring them.
As there may be other dogs on-site, please keep your dog on a leash in all outdoor areas of our premises. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if they have been on the beds. We can tell!!! Dogs must never be left unattended in your room.
For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the Dining Room. Please take your dog to your car during breakfast time. If it is too hot to do this please either have breakfast al fresco or in your room. If your dog gets muddy during walks, please use the outside tap by the farmhouse to wash them off and the towels provided for your pet. Please do not use bathroom towels for this purpose.
When you take your dog for a walk, please pick up after them, even in the surrounding fields. Please dispose of the bags in the green wheelie bins in the lane at the end of the Farm House. We provide environmentally friendly poop bags, so try to take them with you when you go out.
Please adhere to the Countryside Code, a copy is available at the back of your blue Welcome Folder in your room. There may be livestock in the surrounding fields, so please be aware of your surroundings.

Excellent cake and coffee, as it was Easter, the crème egg bombs were amazing, we were trying to deconstruct the recipe! Lovely baking. Very friendly attentive and accommodating, will go back next time to sample lunch (also looked appetising !)
Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Comfortable room. We had a very warm welcome and had everything we needed for a wonderful short break. The view from the room was perfect. The pub next door was a huge bonus!
